I recently decided to have NRT therapy with Jessica and commenced my journey a couple of months ago in an attempt to see if I was able to regulate my nervous system in order to rid myself of my chronic migraines (which I have suffered from for the last 23 years!) and free myself from the regular Botox injection therapy I was having.
I am happy to say that I am now a month past my Botox due date, and am still headache free! Wow! Jessica is an amazing therapist who will motivate you and support you through this transformative journey! But this is no quick fix or magic pill! With any kind of exercise or therapy, you only get out what you put in! So show up, do the work and reap the rewards! Amazing, thank you Jessica.

Back in April 2010 I needed a challenge as I contemplated my mid-50's approaching rapidly. I had become unfit, felt stiff, overweight and felt permanently tired. So I signed up to do an 11 day Coast to Coast trek across Costa Rica. I had six months to get in shape and knew with such a target in view I would have to work hard. From previous experience of joining up for gym membership I knew that that was not going to do it for me and would end up being a waste of money and I would just feel guilty about not going enough times. I needed more motivation and direction and so having a personal one to one trainer was the way to go. I was fortunate to have Jessica recommended by a friend and so we started to work together.
The gym and training sessions went way beyond the usual routines that do become so monotonous and lacking any real purpose - the 'personal' in personal training was what mattered most. I have suffered from lower back pain for many years and knee problems from old sports injuries which were factored into my training plan, exercises and routines were adapted to suit my body limits and build strength into those weaker areas.
I returned from the trek before December 2010, it was extremely tough going BUT thanks to the training programme with Jessica I was ready for it - I coped, I felt physically and mentally strong and know I came such a long way in just 6 months. Now without a trek in view, I am continuing to train with Jessica and trying to maintain my fitness levels and maybe achieve some other goals.
In the long run the benefits have been fantastic and money well spent because I have got the results I wanted, fitter, thinner and with loads more energy, plus being pain-free - I do think in a gym set up I would still be idling around with a vague plan!
Jessica shows a lot of dedication to her clients and supports us really well in whatever goals we set with lots enthusiasm, hard work and some fun!
